Double room for rent

Hello.

I have a double room available in my ground floor flat.

The flat is in a lovely quiet street and is less than 1 minute walk to West Worthing station.

There is a private driveway, a garden, large living room and fully equipped kitchen.

The double room is unfurnished but does have a triple wardrobe.

I am a 37 year old professional and work from home most of the time. I am quiet and respectable and equally happy to hang out or spend time alone.


There is a garden here and I have made raised beds to grow flowers and vegetables in if that's your thing!
