Good Sized Double Room in Quiet Street

I have a Double room to rent. It's a 15 minute walk to the seafront, 10 minute walk to West Worthing train station for easy access to Brighton, London etc. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to the West Worthing parade of shops.

The room has double bed, aerial point for Tv, Wifi, hanging space and large chest of drawers.

I think all rooms are slightly bigger and brighter than in the photos. The kitchen area itself is small but practical, no dishwasher unfortunately. There is no off street parking but there is always plenty of space on the street.

My partying days are over (well nearly) so the house is pretty quiet - always up for a glass of wine though. I am looking for someone friendly, easy going, tidy.
