Sunny double room overlooking back garden with very comfy double bed with 2 storage draws underneath, wardrobe, 1 x chest of draws, bedside table, desk & chair in friendly, modernized, gorgeous, owner occupied home share, all bills and wi-fi included. Deposit of £200 + 1 months rent in advance of £550 required totalling £750 to move in. We are all British and have a small 5 year old rescue dog called Odie, he is an anxious boy, who often barks at strangers, but is good natured once he trusts you, treats work, so dog lovers welcome. The house has a ground floor shower room and 1st floor bathroom, a large communal kitchen/diner area. We are two minutes from West Worthing beach and 15 minutes to town or to West Worthing station. Although there is no off street parking, it is always free and easy to park here. One months notice on leaving. Single occupancy only. Sorry No Pets. We look forward to meeting you.
