I have a beautiful, Edwardian period flat in quiet West Worthing, close to buses, shops and station. I am looking to let a nicely furnished double room to include WIFI on short term emergency lets, anything from a week to a month maximum. The kitchen/ dining area would be shared with myself and there is a large bathroom. Occasional use of lounge. Looking for someone quiet and tidy. For weekly lets I would charge gbp 100 for a week. Weekend lets also a possibility at £50 for the weekend, Friday night to Sunday night.
