Small double room in nice family home

My name is Sue and I live with my daughter. We're easy going types. Our home is lovely inside and the garden is nice to sit in. Our house is in a quiet spot located next to fields. Also nearby are bus stops and train station. Parking is no problem. Room can be furnished if you wish. The room available at £400 is a small double but I have a single room available which I will be happy to rent out for £50 less at £350. All bills are included except telephone and food. Im looking for a nice friendly person who's easy to get on with. My daughter is out and about a lot and I work so were always pretty busy. Also the pets we have live outside.
