Ensuite double room in a flat share

I have a double room with ensuite available in a flat share with myself, a 28 year old male and my 2 cats. In the room is a huge mirrored wardrobe, a wall mounted TV, double bed and a desk. There is an ensuite shower and loo..

The flat is a new build (2022) so is lovely and clean and well decorated. There is a shared lounge with open-plan kitchen ( washing machine available) and parking.

I work full time and in my spare time like to chill out, go to the gym, game or watch films. I also like to make music, eat out or go to the pub. When I'm at home, I like a chilled environment.

My 2 cats are young and are indoor cats. Being ok with cats is a must. I'm happy with full time lodger or a part time and am flexible on length of stay. Council Tax is included in your rent.
