Double room in Maidenbower available for rent

Hi I'm Peter. I have a double bedroom available for rent in my 5 bedroom town house in Maidenbower, Crawley. Ideally looking for professional/student (shift workers/cabin crew welcome) This is a family home so my partner and our two sons live here (14 and 6).
We're easy going, respect people's need for personal space but are also sociable and chatty.

The property is in an ideal location, right next to the motorway (don't worry you can't hear it). Three Bridges station is a 20 minute walk (5 minutes by car) and the 100 bus service runs continuously nearby 24 hours a day.

The room is available from September and is fully furnished. Currently no TV in there but one can be put there if needed. You will have access to the kitchen and all the facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, 2x fridge freezers, microwave, 5 hob island, 2 ovens, dishwasher). The bedroom is not en suite but there are two bathrooms with toilet, bath and shower in the house so you will never have to queue.

The rear garden has decking and artificial grass with a washing line with access to garage at the end.
