Cheap central room for short lets only

Need a short term let this summer/autumn?

Our room is available for short lets any time from August 7th onwards (this is flexible but we will be decorating the kitchen until then, so you'd have to be ok with the disruption!). Please let us know when you message us the dates you need. This is important as we have to work around our holidays (availability may depend on if you are happy to animal sit in return for free rent on occasion).
In the past, we've let to students, interns and people needing a short term place to stay before relocating/travelling.

We are a couple with an adult daughter. The house has a garden and shared living/dining space downstairs. We're happy to share our kitchen stuff and try and help with anything you might need. There's a washing machine, dishwasher and broadband.

The room is a small double and comes with a small double bed, some storage, and a desk as pictured. We can provide duvet, pillows etc, if you need them. 10 minutes from sea/town/railway station.

We have 2 very fluffy cats and guinea pigs (the piggies live in my daughter's room) so you'd need to like animals.

You must be reasonably quiet and chilled and tidy! We are very open to people of all nationalities and have spent time teaching English previously.

Younger adults particularly welcome as that's my daughter's preference. Rent is £110* per week all in- no bills or deposit.

*If the room's free, we are open to very short stays (less than 3 weeks) but in this case we ask for £20 per night (£140 per week) because of the extra cleaning/time involved.
