As you can see from the photos I have had the flat arranged in many different ways, the space is incredibly flexible so you can find the layout that works best for you. It's possible to enjoy an open plan arrangement or use the double doors to separate the two main rooms. The video should give you a better idea of the space :)

- 5/10 minute walk to town
- 15/20 minute walk to Worthing train station where you can catch trains to Brighton, London and Gatwick.
There is free parking on all the roads to the West of Heene Road, usually I can park my car less than a 2 minute walk from the font door. You can apply for a permit to park directly outside if you want.
The cooker and heating are all electric (there is no gas in the property). The oven and dishwasher are only 3 years old and have been recently serviced and the washing machine is brand new.
I am looking for someone trustworthy and respectful with reliable references who can really look after and enjoy my beautiful flat while I am away. I have taken time to make it a home and would like someone to look after it as their own.
