Big double bedoom. Flat all yours most of the time

My lovely flat is quite central but it is also located in a quiet cul-de-sac, so you get the best of both worlds.
I am a live in landlord but for work reasons I have to stay in London most of the week (usually Monday to Saturdays). You would have the entire flat for yourself 80 % of the time.
The room is very spacious, and the flat has a large living room, a newly refurbished kitchen, one WC, one bathroom, and plenty of storage.
I am looking for someone friendly and tidy who would enjoy living at and looking after the flat. Ideally a professional who works standard office hours.
About myself. I will be a respectful landlord, who wants you to feel at home. I enjoy a good chat and being social, but I will also let you have your space.
The house has a washing machine/tumble drier, dish washer, cooker/oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer.
