Available for a single person only a spacious room on the second floor, at the back of the property, overlooking the garden, in a 6 room house.
The shower room is shared with one other person.
The room now has a new bed.
My HMO licence only allows single
occupancy and would suit someone who has regular PAYE.
The property is close to Worthing town center and train and bus links.
The rent does include all bills & internet plus sundrie items like tea coffee sugar cleaning products etc.
The smokers only smoke outside.
Parking is with a permit at a cost of 40p a day, restricted parking being from 10am to 11am and 2pm to 3pm Monday to Saturday.
