Double bedroom

Hi I’m Rob and have a newly decorated, furnished double room for rent. My flat is under a ten minute walk to either Worthing/west Worthing station and also the seafront and town. Currently myself and a friend live here. I work away every other week and my flat mate loves his gaming so you’ll basically have the lounge to yourself every other week! Looking for someone who’s not to shy but also isn’t rolling in at 2am every weekend and also is clean and tidy and happy to pitch in. All bills included. References and credit check will be required.
