The washing machine, kitchen and my living accommodation are on the ground floor. The house is large, comfortable and close to many amenities. There is off road parking, a large south facing garden, wifi broadband connection and Sky freeview television connection available.

I am located in Tarring/West Worthing and is about a 7 min walk to Durrington station and 15 minute walk to West Worthing station. Trains to Brighton take approx 30 minutes, so an easy commute and the London trains stop at both of these stations and take approx 60 minutes to Victoria or London Bridge.

The beach is about a mile away and you have easy access to the A27, A24 and A23. Also great access to the South Downs, local beauty spots and out of town shopping.

My life is fairly busy and I enjoy my own space, either in the house or the garden. I have 2 male cats, both very easy going and affectionate. I'm independent and considerate and would like to find someone similar to share my home.
