I've got a lovely double room to rent with it's own separate loo and its own living room, in a lovely road right between Worthing and West Worthing stations. There's also a good coffee shop/bakery at each end of the street. The house is victorian, in a friendly area, and pretty quiet.

The room is a double with full size drawers, bedside drawers, wardrobe and a sweet little bench if you want to add it on. It's facing on to the courtyard garden so very quiet and peaceful. Neighbours are really quiet so it's always possible to sleep!

Virgin 100mps wifi and all bills included.

The house has a great kitchen, plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher, washing machine and induction oven and hob. There is a conservatory off the kitchen where you can eat, or just be in. It leads outside to the little garden which has a sofa, table and chairs, flowers and veg on the go. There is also back access to the alley if you want to keep your bike in the back and cycle from there.

The bathroom is big, with a new shower, airing cupboard and good storage to keep your stuff in. There are two loos in the house too, one is yours. exclusively.

You have your own living room too.

There is a friendly little dog and an idiot of a cat. They pretty much keep to themselves, only bothering you when they want feeding.

This is a quiet house and I'm looking for someone who likes quiet too. That's not to say there's not noise and goings on during the day but we all need to be able to sleep at night.

SMOKING - is fine outside in the garden but not in the house.
