The flat is on the 1st floor out of 2 floors, 6 flats in total.

There is an allocated parking space and a secure bike railing.

As stated in the ad, the rent is £1000/month/single or £1200month/couple. As you will be the only person living in the property, additional bills you will pay for includes, bills are in my name and they come up to £300/month/single or £320/month/couple.
