The accommodation is on the sea front in Worthing, on Brighton Road. You have sole use of a large double bedroom with direct access to the back garden through patio doors. The room has a double wardrobe and can be furnished or unfurnished.

In addition to your large room, you have use of a bathroom (with shower), kitchen and lounge, these are shared with one other person. There is parking on the drive and access to both front and back gardens. Included in the rent are broadband and all bills.

The house is calm and relaxed. The two people living here are friendly, kind and considerate. We both work, have many interests that can take us away from Worthing and will respect your space and lifestyle.
