Lovely room with balcony in large house £700

Lovely double room available in a large stylish family home.
The room I have available is simply decorated, light & airy with a private balcony that overlooks a lovely garden.
There are currently two single beds, (but there could be a double) a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, chair and a bedside table.
If you would rather bring your own furniture, then this is possible to discuss.
There is a large living room, plus a large modern kitchen dining area on the ground floor. A beautiful garden is one of the highlights of the house.
My home is 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and Worthing hospital in the other direction, 5 mins walk into the centre of Worthing and 20 mins walk to Worthing station (less to East Worthing!) Parking is a available on the drive.
I'm looking for a lodger who is easy going, trustworthy, clean and tidy and doesn’t mind a busy house! Young professional would be ideal.
I am a single parent with two children and I work full time as a teacher, I also have a fantastic live in au pair.
Shorter term lets would be considered. Unfortunately no homeworkers, sorry.
