It’s a very spacious home with a communal lounge, dining space, large kitchen and two separate toilets. Sought after location just 2 minutes walk from West Worthing train station with local shops, pubs and other amenities close by.

£500 pcm, £250 deposit, refundable when you move out. All bills included (gas, electric, water, Virgin TV, broadband etc).

Non smoker and no pets.
