We’re a young professional easygoing married couple looking for a tidy lodger to rent the space on the third floor of our home...We have 2 dogs and 1 cat.

The floor includes its own staircase, small living area, dressing table/storage area it’s own bathroom with free standing bath, (there is a shower for use on separate floor)
The bedroom is a generous size with a lovely king size bed which can be left for you if needed (please provide own bedding).

Please note the space will be empty but we can provide a bed if needed

It’s very self contained apart from a kitchen which you will have full access to at all times. Also includes use of washing machine, cooker etc.

The house is only a few years old and very modern. (See pics)

Please note rent will be £575 with a £300 deposit required to cover any damage (Bills included)

Our house is located walking distance from Tesco, and David Lloyd and not far from goring station.
