Lovely, large bright & airy room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, hob, sink, kettle and microwave. Available from 16th October 2024

Simply furnished with double bed, side table, TV, wardrobe and storage shelves, table and chair and chest of draw. The room is the entire top floor (attic ) in the house.

I run a small family business with my husband and my son and daughter also live in the house.
I’m looking for someone who is creative, tidy and clean, respectful & sociable but needs their own privacy too.

We also speak Spanish as my husband comes from a Spanish speaking country. Washing can be done in the local launderette which is about 500 metres from the house.
I’m sorry but it’s not possible for you to bring your own furniture or have pets.

Ideally looking for 12 months maximum but for the right person this can definitely be negotiated.
The rent is £800 inc all bills per calendar month with a month’s deposit.

We are a 5 mins walk from central Worthing station, easy links by car into Brighton and A23 and A27 and close to great bars, cafes & supermarkets.
Non smokers/vapers please.
