Lovely, large bright & airy room with en-suite bathroom and a basic equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob and sink, kettle. Available from 1st April 2025

Simply furnished with double bed, side table, TV, wardrobe and storage shelves, table and chair and chest of draws. The room is the entire top floor of the house.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy and clean, respectful & sociable but needs their own privacy too.

We also speak Spanish as my husband comes from a Spanish speaking country.

I’m sorry but it’s not possible for you to bring your own furniture or have pets.

We are a 5 mins walk from central Worthing station, easy links by car into Brighton and A23 and A27 and close to great bars, cafes & supermarkets.
Non smokers/vapers please.
