The kitchen has all new white goods, which include a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, large freezer, microwave, a Neff gas hob and a Bosch electric oven, plus lots of gadgets.

I have a heated airer and a long washing line for drying clothes.

The house is within walking distance to Worthing station (2 mins), hospital (10 mins), take-away restaurants (5 mins), supermarkets and seafront.

Free access to Netflix, Prime and NOW TV, including SKY movies.

Something I have particularly strived for is comfortable communal areas that you can feel at ease in and either be sociable, or alone with your thoughts, rather than up in your bedroom. I'm not just renting a room, I'm welcoming you to share my home.

I am looking for friendly, positive, considerate, dog loving, thoughtful and tidy people to share with.

My home is also the home of my gorgeous rescue puppy, who is 19 months old and very friendly and exuberant. I do enjoy playing music, and playing with my puppy, so although this isn't a party house, it isn't pin-drop silent either.

I have a nice garden with a lovely firepit that is also a barbecue that enhances the garden experience, especially in the evenings. - Great for toasting Marshmallows!
