Hello, I am looking for a lodger to rent the large front bedroom of my lovely Edwardian flat.

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of noise. The room is available to one person only (not for a couple) and I am ideally looking for someone who is going out to work and not working from home.
I am a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys going out with friends, cooking (I am vegetarian), gardening and going for walks.

Looking for someone who can happily entertain themselves in the evenings as I'm a teacher so often do my lesson planning then. I do like to have a chat and catch up most days to see how our days went and to have a nice meal together sometimes. But ideally looking for someone who is independent in terms of their social time.

The availability date is flexible so let me know if you're looking to move a little earlier/later.

10 mins walk to town centre, 15 mins walk to the hospital.

12 mins walk to the beach, large sunny park at the end of the road.
