Double room , in large cool detached house

Hi . I have 2 children who don’t live at the property but do visit a couple of times a week . I like to practice yoga ( pretty new to it but keen !) and also love to go for walks on the downs
I’m looking for a flat mate who is kind and gentle and would like to put a heartbeat into the house . I would preferably like a female and don’t mind if you have children too . I have a cat and so can’t accept pets . You must be tidy .....The house is big it needs some life in it . I know this advert is probably a bit leftfield but hey let’s throw this out into the universe & see what comes back . Whoever replies and if accepted is actually in for quite a treat with this .
