We are two males, a chef and a residential worker, we live 10 mins from east Worthing station, we are very friendly and easy to live with.

Deposit is 400, we are all very clean and will accept people moving in ASAP

This is a bungalow and is kept in great condition. We would like a professional Male, female, non binary person, preferably over 25 years old. This bungalow is very close to Worthing town and beach. Town 10 min walk and beach 2 min walk. Everything is shared use. Parking on a driveway will be available. The garage will be cleaned out to allow for additional parking, Viewings are welcome.

This is a great place to live. The location is great with all amenities in walking distance. The house is friendly and welcoming. Both house mates are reliable, friendly, outgoing and kind to all. First to view will take one of these rooms.
