Furnished single room available with built in wardrobe, divan bed and chest of drawers.

Kitchen and bathroom have both been refurbished and a large south facing garden.
You will have your own cupboard and use of washing machine, clothes airer, as well as cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Smoking outside only.
There is on street parking opposite the house.

It is close to all local amenities within walking distance, the town centre is 15 minutes, Worthing train station is 10minutes and Worthing hospital is 5minutes.

I am a quiet, clean, tidy, professional person, this isn’t a party house so looking for someone similar, who is respectful of others, keeps things clean and works full time.
There is currently one other male lodger.

Also cost of the room is not including someone WFH. Ideally i would prefer someone not wfh but can discuss this, if the person is right for the home.

Or if you are interested in a Monday-Friday that will possible and the rent will be £450 instead.
