Room available to rent immediately. Females only please.
I have a double bedroom to rent to share with two females.
All bills included.
Looking for a mature, responsible female. Ideally the person would need to be working full time as I work from home. The hours that suit my household is Mon-Fri daytime. Unfortunately, ladies working night shifts would not be suitable.
I also have a little dog so must like dogs.
Smoking is outside only in the garden.
There is on street parking which isn’t in a permit area.
