Description
Hi. The room I have available is a newly decorated and comfortable double. The room has a large amount of storage space available.
The property is a big, light and well appointed flat with a private garden. Bathroom and kitchen have been renovated in the last 3 years. The kitchen has all necessary appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower and good storage. There is plenty of space for three people to share. Excellent location backing on to Victoria Park. Worthing and West Worthing train stations are just a 10 minute walk. 15 minute walk to the sea, and 10 to 15 minute walk into Worthing town centre. The flat is set in the heart of the Poet's district of Worthing.
I am a professional acting coach, writer and lecturer at the University of Chichester. My present lodger is a Doctor. I'm looking for a professional, working person to take the room. This would be an ideal place for someone working at Worthing Hospital, or working in the area, but the commute to Brighton, London or Chichester is also very easy due to the proximity to the train stations.
I would not be able to offer the room to anyone who works permanent night shifts, or someone who works from home full-time. Occasional days working from home would be fine.
Me and my present lodger are very chilled people so I'd be looking for someone the same. This is a sociable household but not a party house. Whoever takes the room must also like dogs as my dog Charlie will want to be your friend!
I would prefer no overnight guests during the week. Occasional weekends could be accommodated, but this flat would not be suitable for someone who wants friends or a partner hanging out here all the time.
This is a lovely flat, in a great location, and you'd be sharing with two easy-going flatmates and a very lovable Boston Terrier!
