Stylish studio type room in friendly flat share

I have a lovely room to rent in my 2 bedroom flat garden flat , sharing with me and 3 friendly dogs. The room is really large and comes fully furnished with double bed , sofa , room divider, chest of drawers and various bits of furniture. It’s spacious and bright with high ceilings.

West Worthing train station is a short stroll away with direct links to Brighton and London.

I’m looking for someone easy going and laid back. Prefer someone maturer over 30 years old. I work from home so wanting someone who is in full time employment and out during the day.

No couples , females only please , no pets.

I’m really flexible on the length of the tenancy it can be anything from 2 months short let or longer I don’t mind.
