Double room in penthouse apartment

I have a super double room available in my penthouse apartment.

You will have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom (the other bedroom has an ensuite).

There is a large modern kitchen and living area with a West facing balcony.

My children stay alternate weekends but they are well behaved and would never invade your personal space.

It's a great location (Grand Avenue). The bus stop is just outside (with no.300 serving central Worthing and Brighton), the beach is on the doorstep and there are plenty of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away.

There is ample free parking and secure bike storage.

I am a professional (lawyer) looking to share with another easy going individual.

No pets or couples.
