Double bedroom with own bathroom and own separate TV lounge.

Large furnished double room with vibrant decor and stripped wooden floor in a big detached house near Worthing High School. There is a bathroom with bath, over bath shower and toilet which is for predominant use by lodger. We have our own separate bathroom. Shared use of a large kitchen diner and lovely south facing garden. There is a separate reception/tv room which would be predominantly for use by lodger, at least 6 nights a week this would be for the lodgers private own use. Free parking. 7 mins walk from Worthing station. I live alone with my 13 year old daughter so looking for a female lodger who can integrate well with us.
We have a house cat who is very friendly.
