The room will have its own bathroom/ shower (currently in renovation)

- Shared lounge after 5pm weekdays
- Shared dining area

Rooms are for a single occupant in full time employment.

- 10min walk to Broadwater shops
- 15min walk to Lyon’s farm Sainsburys
- Few mins drive from the A27 by the Charmandean Centre.
- 30min walk to Worthing train station
