We have 2 rooms available to rent immediately. £500 per month gets you both rooms. 1 is a double and the other can be used as storage or an office.

The flat is huge, very spacious and plenty of room for 3 people. The living room is the selling point of this property with a high celling and lots of windows. Sea views.

There is a good sized kitchen with gas hob and electric oven.

Location - we are top of Warwick street which is right in town and over looking Steyne gardens. 2 minute walk to the beach.

We are looking for a young working professional who can we gel with, hangout and enjoy the flat together.

You'll be sharing with 2 laid back male professionals. Curt 27 and James 37. We like to keep place clean and tidy but at the same time we are not clean freaks.

We are certainly not party animals but at the same time enjoy a glass of the old vino.
