Description

The opportunity has arisen to share a large 2 bedroom sea view flat along West Parade with the existing tenant, a successful professional working in the field of future technology. There is a shared lounge and kitchen, a bathroom and cloakroom. You will be paying half the rent which is £625 per person and half the bills. Your name will be added to the rental contract.
Mike, the existing tenant will be pleased to meet you and show you the flat. We are looking for a responsible professional in full time employment. It will need to be someone happy to do their bit to keep the flat clean and tidy and be respectful of their fellow tenant and their other neighbours in the block (no noise between 11pm and 7am).There is no parking on site as Mike is already using the allocated space, but there is on street parking behind the block. Strickly no smoking or drugs.
Please note that for affordability, you must be earning at least £33k gross to apply. Landlord references and proof of earnings will be requested.
