Less than a minutes walk to the beach, 15 mins walk into Worthing town centre, 5 minute walk to Worthing hospital, 20 min walk to East Worthing and Worthing Stations. Permit parking area.

Living with a professional gay man and mini Schnauzer dog, in a clean, tidy, and well maintained house. I am sociable and work in London 2 days a week and then work from home the other 3 days.

Will start with a 6 month contract, but if all goes well, happy to renew at a year at a time.
