Room to let in Worthing, good location

I am letting a room in my two bedroom flat. I am away quite a lot, due to work commitments, so I use the flat occasionally.
Ideally, I would want someone, who is clean and tidy. The flat is furnished to a minimum style, but comfortable.
It has a small, but well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet and bathroom.
I ask that anyone occupying the room, treats my things with respect.
It is a council tax bracket A.
