I am looking for a professional female to share my flat with, on the second floor of the building in a quiet area of East Worthing. The room is a small double furnished bedroom available for rent.
The room has a small double bed, three door’s wardrobe and a small chest of drawer but you can easily fit a desk with chair if you need it.
The room is facing the back communal garden as you can see on the pictures, we have a small shed in the back where you can store your bike and a huge area where you can dry your clothes in the summer time. The kitchen has new appliances and an electric ceramic hob. I would like to share my flat who is responsible for all the equipments, I like to keep the flat nice and clean.

Shared kitchen and bathroom, free communal private parking area at the front of the building.

I am looking for a female flatmate who is responsible and quite as me 🙂, clean and tidy. I work in 4 days patter 12 hours a day, so you will have so much privacy. I am very friendly quite girl who likes to chill out, travelling and have some fun if I feel like it.
