Due to a family emergency, my room is up for grabs for the remainder of my tenancy. You wouldn't be on the tenancy agreement, so no fees from the agents. You (and we) would be protected by a sublease agreement for the decided duration.

Lovely flat. Great location. Room comes with or without a double bed, 2 built in cupboards, and great storage within the flat. 5 minutes to the seafront and a 10 minute walk to west worthing station. Lovely quiet area, 15 minute walk into the town centre.

Rent £615 per month plus bills, works out around £750pm. If you are looking to commit to at least 2 months, and can pay upfront, we can look at a discount on the rental price.
