2 month sublet in worthing. Double room for a female. Sharing with 1 other female flatmate.

Due to a family member becoming ill, I need to move closer to look after them, so my room is available until the end of the tenancy.

The sublet is agreed with the landlord and we will have a sublease agreement in place.

Lovely flat. Great location. Room comes with or without a double bed, 2 built in cupboards, and great storage within the flat. 5 minutes to the seafront and a 10 minute walk to west worthing station. Lovely quiet area, 15 minute walk into the town centre.

Rent £615 per month plus bills, works out around £750pm. If you are looking to commit to at least 2 months, and can pay upfront, we can look at a discount on the rental price.
