I have 2 recently decorated, king-size and double bedrooms in a flat in a converted Victorian house in Heene, West Worthing. Available to rent from 15.4.24 for 6 months, with a possibility of extending.

The rooms have fantastic, high ceilings and large sash windows – making it incredibly light and spacious. They are situated at the back of the building, set way back from the road, so are very quiet and undisturbed. They comes furnished with (Large double) a king-size bed, double wardrobe, shelves, desk and ottoman and (double) large built in wardrobes and shelving, bedside table, chest of drawers and chair (not seen in pics - sorry!) – so plenty of storage and space, and bedding and towels are available, if needed.

The rest of the flat has a beautifully sunny, south facing lounge with dining area, kitchen diner-with washing machine and dish washer, electric shower over bath and Superfast Virgin broadband. The grounds are shared and very well maintained and get lots of sun! It is a clean, tidy and homely space.

Location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere, but there is also permit free parking just around the corner.

The beach: 5 minutes (0.4miles)
Town centre: 10 mins (0.7miles)
Train station: 8 mins (0.6miles)
Amazing coffee and new micropub: 5 minutes (0.4miles)
Worthing hospital: 15 mins (1mile) - just a few minutes drive!

I previously let to a doctor working temporarily in the local hospital and it was a perfect set up.

There are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and shops within close walking distance, too.
