I have a double size room with a single bed, fitted double wardrobe and storage space above to let. Would suit a professional requiring a short let. Garden, Parking and easy walking distance of the college, hospital, train station and beach. Bathroom has a bath and a separate shower.. References will be taken before the room is let.
