Doube Room Available for Female Professional

I have a double bedroom available in my home, for a female professional, which has a garden view, double fitted wardrobes with sliding doors, and a large built-in cupboard for plenty of storage. The room is also furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

I live in a 3 bedroom house (third room not to be occupied), with first floor bathroom (shared with myself); ground floor cloakroom; large living room and dining room areas; plus kitchen (separate fridge available in the kitchen, plus cupboard space - included with the room rental).

I have a South facing garden and parking is available on street (accessible and spaces usually available - no permits required).

I do live with my 2 dogs, a beagle and spaniel, both friendly and very affection, so I would very much welcome a dog/animal lover who respects animals.

Please also note that I work from home in the afternoons.

I am happy to accept a short term let, or even a Monday to Friday only let with a reduced rent to accommodate - please message me for details.
