Large furnished double bedroom in central Worthing

I'm renting out the main bedroom in my central Worthing flat. This is a two-bed maisonette and I'll have my stuff in the smaller second bedroom but I won't be living here full time – you might see me once or twice a month if that (I'll always give you notice!) so you'll have the entire flat to yourself most of the time.

The flat is fully furnished. Your bedroom has a king-sized bed and clothing rail, and there's an en suite bathroom with electric shower. There's a bath in the main bathroom if you fancy a soak.

There's a large living room and dining area, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer.

There is a courtyard-style garden out the back, accessible from the street. This is shared with the downstairs flat but that is currently unoccupied so you can chill out there in private (there's also a bike shed if you need it).

In terms of location, the flat is very central – 2 mins from town, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the train station.

All bills are included (council tax, water, electric and broadband). Please note I'm on the first floor so there is a flight of stairs to climb to enter the flat, plus another to reach the bedroom.

Although I won't be here most of the time, it would be nice to get to know you so please tell me a little about yourself :)

Ideally, you'll be:
– Respectful of the flat and the things in it. You don't need to be super tidy, but you'll be considerate and keep things clean
– A good communicator. I'll keep you up-to-date on things my side. Likewise, you'll keep me in the loop when needed

As for me, I'm a freelance content designer and arts facilitator. I run craft workshops and occasionally help arts orgs with their marketing (I have loads of craft materials that I plan to pack away, but if you are also craftily inclined, I'm happy to share my stash).
