Spare room to rent in a 3 bed house with garden and off street parking. House was completely refurbished in 2021 so everything is well maintained. The house is located in Band C.

Access to kitchen with garden and sitting room that is rarely used by me.

Have 2 young Maine Coon cats that never use the spare room but there are cat toys everywhere as one of them loves to play fetch!

I work from home 99% of the time so the 3rd bedroom is my office therefore there isn't space for anyone who works remotely as well.

Have a cleaner 2 x a month so house is clean and tidy.

Easy access to A27 (both west and eastbound), A24 and about a 30min walk to the train station (West Worthing & Worthing) & 2 min walk for buses into town etc.

I am up early as either start work around 7am or I am at a gym class at 6.30am so perfect for early risers. This is a peaceful, calm home so wouldn't suit someone who loves to party!
