Double room, near hospital, town & beach

My husband is going to be away Mon-Fri for a training course for 4 months, so I am looking for a lodger to let out our spare room for a couple of nights a week (not weekends) whilst he is away.

We have a cosy 2 bed house near the Worthing hospital, opposite Homefield Park, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach, to the town centre, and to the main train station; so it’s really well located.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with bath and shower), kitchen, living room, dining room and small garden (see photos). You’d have access to all areas (bar my bedroom) and all facilities and we’re open to having pets.

For a little about me: I’m from Sussex, love living in Worthing, love hiking, play netball, chilling in front of the TV, enjoy a jigsaw puzzle in the winter, and am generally a pretty social person but enjoy chilled evenings in, especially over the winter. I work in local government and my job is 100% home based.

My husband has coeliac disease, which means he cannot eat gluten and our kitchen has to be very safe to avoid cross contamination. This isn’t too tricky to manage as we have things in place to make this work, but any lodger would have to respect this 100% and be fine with following some easy rules in the kitchen to keep it all safe for him.
