Double room in 2-bed flat near Worthing Station

Wanted - flatmate to share clean and comfortable 2-bed flat on South Farm Road in Worthing.

I’m a 21 year-old man and looking for someone to rent the other half of the flat. I work full time 6/7 days in the week and during my off time I’m either at home cooking and cleaning or in the gym, nothing to crazy.

I’m looking for someone that I’ll get on with, so probably similar to my own age and a similar mindset, although I can get along with all ages.
The sunny flat is clean and tidy and smoke-free (you can smoke outside) and there’s our own private garden out the back. It has a dishwasher and washing machine, comfortable lounge, dining table and chairs. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Worthing station.

Your room is a double room with a large window and built in wardrobe. There’s a double bed, shelf unit and chest of drawers in the room but these can be moved out if you have your own you’d rather use.

The room is available from now until August next year.
