Double Room to Rent close Worthing town centre

Renting out my spare room to a female located in-between Worthing (15 min walk) East Worthing station (10 min walk).

You can walk to Broadwater shops in 10 mins or Worthing town centre in 20 mins. Drive to the town centre takes 5 mins.

I’m a 32 years old woman, working in tech and spend my time cooking, cleaning, travelling or at the gym.

I’m hoping to find someone I’ll get along with – ideally someone around my age, preferably female with a similar lifestyle, but I’m open to anyone who shares a respectful, easy-going vibe.

Beautiful location, property is a bungalow which is pet and smoke free and is kept clean.
