Small double in beautiful Edwardian flat

I have a newly decorated and furnished small double room to rent. It has a new carpet, brand new mattress and bed. There is limited storage in the room, however other parts of the flat can be used!

I am looking for a lodger/housemate, I own the flat, moving to Worthing in July, so I am new to the area. It would be great to find someone that is looking to live in a home, comfortable hanging out in the living room and kitchen. But, I am also open to people looking for shorter term lets.

I work in London 2-3 days a week, working from home at least 2 days. I also travel overseas at times for 1-3 weeks. Looking for someone who preferably doesn’t work from home or a max of 2 days a week.

I love cooking and baking, so there will be a plethora of treats around! The sea is at the end of the road and it’s great to go swimming or just hang out. Some great cafes and restaurants along the coast too!
