Description
Our large Victorian house is between Worthing Library and the station, making it very central. My daughter (11 years) and I live in the property with our dog, Joni.
The room is a double bedroom on the middle floor. It has a wooden floor and is next to the shared bathroom. The bathroom is undergoing a makeover in March with a new shower being put in. Downstairs we have a large kitchen/diner and outside is a paved garden with a table and chairs.
Primarily, this is a family home and so the lounge is a space reserved for my daughter and I, but the garden, dining room, kitchen, laundry room are all shared.
The room is a double and gets great sunlight. It can come furnished or unfurnished.
Initially, we would like the contract to be for 3 months to be sure it's a good fit, but if so, we'd be looking to extend. So we're open to short-term lets and longer term too.
All bills are included and you may apply for a parking permit for the street if required.
The property would suit a professional or mature student and could be a particularly good fit for a shift worker as the rest of us are on a 8-6(ish) schedule. At home workers are welcome as I work from home too and you'd be welcome to work in the dining room should you wish.
