Spacious house - live with friendly female and dog

The house is a relaxed, bright homely space . It’s quite big - 4 bed - but I’m only looking to rent one out at the moment. You’d share with me and my 5 year old Labrador.

There’s enough space to not be on top of each other. We can both try to live tidily and clean behind ourselves as we go. I had lodgers for years when I lived in London so know I can make it work with anyone who can respect the house and be vaguely tidy. Maybe we can get a weekly cleaner to keep things simple (for now I’ll do it, but when working that’ll change).

I tend to have drinks and my boyfriend around some weekends when I also do a lot of cooking, occasionally I have family (I don’t have children so don’t worry it’s not chaos!) come to stay. I’m pretty social, but also enjoy my own space.

I’m usually a remote worker, but am job hunting at the moment - I’m not sure what will come, but likely hybrid / remote and office hours. I work in my downstairs study when I’m home working and work long hours, so need quiet during the day as some days I’m on calls for eight hours.

I have the occasional party and super late night, but they’re few and far between nowadays and are always booked in advance to suit everyone! I love cooking and will often invite you to join me for dinner if I’m cooking something interesting (no obligation).

Bills = all included (I don’t have any tv services)

Dogs
Unfortunately my dogs hair gets everywhere - if you’re allergic or a clean freak this may not be the place for you! I’d consider someone with a dog if the dogs get along - we might need to do a meet and greet to see how it works.

This is not a typical house share, it’s my home and it’s a lot of space to share even for 2 people.
