Bright and spacious double room, just an 8-minute walk from the beach and within easy reach of Worthing town centre and East Worthing railway station by foot. Hop on a train and be in Brighton in just 20 minutes!

The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, 140x200cm bed, bedside table and lamp.

The room is part of a peaceful, three-bedroom house in a quiet residential area. The home features a modern bathroom, a south-facing lounge and a spacious kitchen-diner with double doors that open out to a private patio, garden and garage (which can be used to store bikes etc.). Additionally, there’s parking spots right outside the house if you have a car.

We’re looking for someone to share our lovely home with us. We’re a couple in our early 30s, both professionals with office jobs and a lovely, shy cat called Bella. We’re very tidy, easygoing and open minded. We love to travel, cook, keep fit, be outdoors and spend time with friends & family. We’d love a housemate who is likeminded.
